We offer a 24-hour refund policy for our software subscription ONLY in the condition that you are able to show video evidence that it is not working on your computer.

Concerns like detection by screen-sharing software, or slowness in solution generation are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscriptions active for more than 24 hours
  • Claims about detection by interview monitoring software
  • Performance issues such as slow response times
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Subscription cancellations (see our Cancellation Policy)
