Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you provide video proof that the software fails to function on your device. Refunds are not issued for detection by screen-sharing apps or delays in solution generation.

To request a refund:

  • Reach out to our support team.
  • Include your purchase details, reason for the request, and a video showing the issue.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
  • No further charges will apply.
  • No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Service access continues until the period ends.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use TrueSolver for personal coding prep. It is not intended for use during live interviews and is meant for educational purposes.

  • Disrupt or interfere with service performance

Content Rights

You own content created through the service, but the platform and its components remain our intellectual property.
